Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

Nothing in this clause limits CALIM's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief before any competent court of jurisdiction where CALIM maintains an operational presence, including in Saudi Arabia, India, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America.

CALIM reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
