1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at www.calim.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CALIM Consultancy Services ("CALIM," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and any other persons who access or use the Site. Use of the Site indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as currently published.

2. Description of Services

CALIM is a senior advisory firm specialising in contracts management, procurement strategy, claims analysis, dispute resolution support, and contract risk mitigation. Our practice serves clients operating across the construction, EPC, oil and gas, power and utilities, mining, facilities management, and public-private partnership (PPP) sectors - primarily in the GCC, South Asia, and international markets.

The Site presents information about CALIM's advisory capabilities, methodologies, team, published insights, and affiliated products. It does not constitute the provision of legal, financial, or professional advisory services. Formal advisory engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements executed between CALIM and the instructing party.

CALIM's proprietary methodologies and frameworks - including, without limitation, the Four Lenses of Contracting framework and any associated diagnostic, assessment, or delivery models - are trade assets of CALIM. These may not be reproduced, adapted, reverse-engineered, or presented as the work of any other party without CALIM's express written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in respect of CALIM's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Site for its stated informational purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Any information you share with CALIM through this Site - whether through contact forms, email enquiries, or document submissions - is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with CALIM's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

Where a formal advisory engagement is initiated, all project-related information, correspondence, strategies, and deliverables exchanged between the parties are governed by the confidentiality provisions set out in the relevant engagement agreement. The existence and terms of any such engagement shall not be disclosed by either party without mutual written consent, except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

CALIM will not disclose client identities, project details, or commercially sensitive information obtained through client engagements in any public-facing communication without the client's explicit prior consent.
