Wilhem Lindermair is a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS and associate member of the CIArb. Wilhem is a retired member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Institute of Civil Engineer Surveyors. Wilhem is also an Expert Witness and Independent Determier registered with the RICS. Working in Switzerland, Ireland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Russia, and Pakistan.

Wilhem is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 40+ years in the construction industry. From the outset Wilhem tended to specialize in working with specialist Structural steel construction. With the latter years being dedicated to construction claims preparation and defense along with dispute resolution for renowned projects viz Olympic Stadium in Athens, Hamad International Airport, Qatar, The New Safe Confinement structure in Chernobil, Al Bait FIFA Stadium in Qatar etc. In his time, Wilhem has worked on various international projects in dispute, and commercial management of various projects. Wilhem has also been part of an internal audit for various companies and projects.

Wilhem currently specializes in quantum claims drafting and defense for the contractor and employer alike and has an interest in dispute resolution and has acted and an expert witness on various projects.
