Karunakaran Nair Sasikumar is a highly regarded Associate Director renowned for his expertise in contract management within the construction, Manufacturing & Trading industry. With over four decades of experience as a veteran Civil Engineer based in Qatar, he brings a wealth of invaluable knowledge and skills to his role.

Throughout his illustrious career in the Middle East, Sasikumar has consistently demonstrated exceptional strategic planning abilities and a profound understanding of contractual frameworks. His adeptness in navigating complex contractual arrangements has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous projects, garnering accolades from esteemed clients such as Qatar Energy, RasGas, Qatar Gas, ASHGHAL, Q-Chem, KAHRAMAA, QAFCO, NBK Group, Shk. Nasser Bin Faleh Althani group, and various private organizations in and around Doha.

Sasikumar's professional journey has seen him evolve from a Project Engineer to a Project Manager, and eventually to the role of Executive Director & Managing Director in a Qatar-based firm with a turnover of QAR 1.5 Billion. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the execution of a single project valued at QAR 1.0 Billion, showcasing his exceptional contract management and project execution expertise.

Sasikumar currently specializes in quantum claims drafting and defence for the contractor and employer alike and has an interest in dispute resolution and has acted and an expert witness on various projects.
